No. Branches in Portland will soon be boarded up like everything else in Portland.
In spite of all the announcements and doom and gloom, not EVERYTHING in Portland will be shut down and not everyone will be downsized. Vast majority, yes, but not all.
That is what is been said, and they have been hiring to continue support.
