What is the end game? Are they going to let attrition plays out or are they going to downsize next year?

Most of these jobs can be done in low cost countries. Time to sell low performing assets/countries like Aus/Mal/N-g/Ang/Neth/Ger. Then shift the remaining workers to India.
Sometimes it appears that Hipos reshuffle reporting lines just so they can say they did something. KM earning the millions.
Pension medical/dental insurance changes will force people who are on the fence to retire earlier.
I estimate 14% will leave before Dec 31 2026
A coworker told me her team being reshuffled this month, changed reporting structure but no change in responsibility and task (i.e. same job). Anyone in the same boat?

If you're < 45, go find a stable employer.
