Level Designation

Is there a way to find out what level an employee is? I suspect one of L3s got demoted and since then developed attitude issues.

Most don’t get the attitude until they make L3. Seen plenty of good managers make that L3 and then turn to garbage people trying to make L4.

I believe you can look this up in Webphone - there's an option called something like "Prepare Output" that lets you set level as one of the things you want to see.
