For me it's layoffs-related stress, toxic office politics and backstabbing.

last 25 plus years Verizon has been ripping off their customers and toting "we have the best network"etc etc trying to create new serv ,go 90,hum,etc etc buying old media cr-p yahoo,Aol,buying other cr-p MCI etc,etc selling all their real estate,garages and blg's etc etc selling their towers etc,so many failed business endevors.and the compamy blames the lower workers of their company,has more debt than their worth and they still think their the best.its arrogants in the upper management of this company that is burning this place to the ground.its the truth i took the last vsp .it a toxic place to work.
All the women are in heat.
Disgruntled workers who apparently believe they have no other options outside Vz.

Discrimination
Racism
The lack of network dominance
The lack of any kind of overall strategy
Decisions made based on anecdotes aka being completely out of touch
Managers with no spine who don’t have your back

Union, you need to read, American First aka Project 2025, LOL. Will allow companies to bust of unions. @kas+1vto7FUP
Then make like a tree and leave ,us union folks don't have to worry about layoffs if hired before August of 2003 HEHEHE .
- Incompetent C level execs without a long term Vision
- Unable to generate growth by chief revenue officers and a string of higher level execs minting millions and leaving in the last 6 years after the Stock price fell from $65 to $32 .
- Let T-Mobile gain dominance and become overly competetive in the last 6 years and our execs being oblivious to it .
