Im glad they found a new home that has a dramatically relaxed RTO in Field operations and C&E. These groups have folks across the US and approved WFH. Sometimes they have to go in office once a month. These folks are some of the main clients for programs happening within ATT. How do they get to WFH while everyone else is required to be in the office. Are these groups required to go 5 days in the office in 2025?

You don’t contribute. You only go out to get away from your desk and play super-duper supervising man.
Well at least I'll be around longer you you.
Most of the whining will cease with the completion of these RTO waves. Guidance has been given on identifying detractors for future surplus evolutions.
“Second they're not desk jockeys. They have to drive out to work sites when a job needs supervision or an outage repair needs a manager on site to supervise, evaluate, and even remove show stoppers so the techs can get their job done.”
Thanks for letting us know you are an expendable, do nothing over the shoulder gawking gremlin. You don’t contribute. You only go out to get away from your desk and play super-duper supervising man. Well we don’t need your kind of active laziness ‘round here any longer. In the words of MJ, just beat it.
Most virtual job codes are going to be changed back to full time office next year.
I agree with u if they are managing techs, but a lot of these folks are not managing anyone. They are level 1 or 2 individual contributors. And they probably should put some tape on their cameras as they accidentally turn camera on while doing chores at home during meetings in their PJs. Sooner or later theses games will end with limits on how many can work from home. U can drive to a CO and sit by yourself like the rest are forced to do. If u can work from home everyday, then they can replace u in india too.

First you should mind your own business!

How do we know NVW will be non existent?
Snitch
These groups have most people in the office multiple days a week. Often these other groups are working different hours, different locations. It is not an even comparison.
I had to change floors because people not in my org were tracking how many days I worked in-office. Just follow the rules for your org. Too many orgs to keep up with who is allowed to do what.
If they have an M in front of their occupancy indicator, they are deemed “market” support and have different rules.
NFTO will be 5 days.
NVW will be non-existent.
FOW means you’re tagged to move (or agreed to FTW).
The peanut butter is never spread evenly. I wouldn’t hold it against those folks. More power to them. Wish I could do it, yes, but I’m not going to scream not fair. Hopefully we will all get back to sane policies again.
