What type of dr-g testing does the bank do for new hires?

Hired full time 4 years ago, was never tested. Friend joined BNY about a year ago and he was never tested. I don’t think the bank wants to spend the money on it.

Started 6 months ago, they told me I'd be tested, I have not been.
Not sure about now but back in the day I had to go to Quest diagnostics and p-e in a cup and then I think after BNY and Mellon merged they sent someone in to the office and we had to p-e in a cup again
