I fund my locality and city quite well despite working from home. If you want to go into the office, be my guest. If you want others to be there so you're not lonely, then just shut the f up about it.

Local business would adjust, it's actually what the free market does best. Other businesses inefficiency isn't a justification for being inefficient ourselves. Cities have a functional purpose, but white collar workers huddling together in big buildings isn't it. Not anymore. The resources dumped into that for no benefit could be used elsewhere, where they actually do produce a return.

It also works for the city in which you live. It would crush the local economies. I know most of you want to sit around in your Jammie’s and bunny slippers - su-k it up.

If the bank stopped worrying about RTO, they could actually be a company that's worth an S and has a bright and efficient future. Sitting in an expensive building is the buggy whip of the 21st century. Useless.

Man you all could solve world hunger if you redirected your anger about RTO to something that actually matters.

It works for the purpose in which WF is using it. Attrition and control.

Don't worry, corporate dictators will just commission some more studies showing that it works great. Kinda like Big Tobacco and their studies showing very low risk of side effects from smoking. 😐
