Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Answer about 2024 Culture Survey

Legg finally provided answer about the survey. Essentially it says that the results "help us establish a baseline against other leading companies", and that it has distributed to organizations. It WILL NOT be distributed to the employees.

Overall, it gives information about how ATS "culture" is doing, where it is strong and where it needs work. Of course, that will be used to see improvement in the future surveys. But they don't want us to see that, or be able to see for ourselves when our experience is different from what they are reporting. Its a bunch of bull.

If you are in ATS, look for the ATS 4Q24 Town Hall Replay, scroll to the bottom and download the FAQ pdf. Answer is on page 2.

where it is strong

Another lie from the Legg response team. The strong section doesn't exist.

“ I have been posting this since almost day one. When I noticed the survey was from them, I knew it was not for us but for C-Suite.“

Seriously dude. What is with you? Why do you continue to beat this drum, over and over and over again? The verbatim email from Stankey, where he clearly stated the results would be shared, has been shared here MULTIPLE times now.

You keep saying over and over “ it wasn’t for us” like a blithering moonbat. Are you ok?

The point is that Stankey strong armed management into taking it stating the results would be shared with everyone. And he didn’t do what he said he was going to do. Therefore he has no credibility.

For the love of God stop saying “it wasn’t for us” like you know something everyone else doesn’t.

“I gave all high ratings. It's good to have a job.”

And then you went home and your wife dressed you in a pink dress.
Seriously are you Man or Mouse?

It WILL NOT be distributed to the employees

Not surprisingly, more lying from the Stank saying i would be distributed. He put it in the same bucket as the town hall replay where he said he hates older workers.

I have been posting this since almost day one. When I noticed the survey was from them, I knew it was not for us but for C-Suite.

A few decades ago Engineering put out a survey under gary Kitchens.
I made about 2500 copies and set down with another 5 break buddies and we filled them out for 2 weeks. All we ever heard from that survey was that the replys were from malcontents.
Your welcome. Ralph!

"It'd be shared if it was good"

If you are an employee, you should be able to find the Technology Services Town Hall SharePoint and go from there. I don't need to post the actual answer for non-employees.

"When did Legg provide this information? TIA"

The Town Hall FAQ was posted sometime Thursday evening or Friday morning.

BTW, for a bit of fun, go watch Shrek and just imagine Stankey as Lord Farquaad. You'll never watch another Stankey Town Hall quite the same.
