It wouldn’t be surprising that there will be more cuts in GNT-TPD, VBG-IoT, VCG-Value 1st half 2025. Basically, any group that is tasked but failed to deliver growth over the past 3 years will be on the chopping block.
What org is this?
Two people on my team were RIFed 11/15. We didn’t hear of any other orgs or teams impacted so we weren’t sure how large this round was.
It’s likely VZ will miss its 2024 gross add target if 4th qtr doesn’t pan out. Don’t be surprised if 2025 brings a regime change, and rifs if that happens.
11/21/24 will be last layoff for the month of November.
