Well, it’s been a week since many of us were taken out like yesterday’s trash. Job market is not great this time of year, outside the temp holiday help. Don’t know why I stayed with this company so long. Crazy sense of loyalty, I guess, but that surely only goes one way. I hope the entire SLT and Sycamore have absolutely the worst holiday season you’ve ever had. Mo--ns (and yes, stage of grief right now is angry).

The debt refinancing (1.8 billion) is near impossible for Staples to pay back. This is the classic “flip” deal and one fine day everyone will regret not leaving. Keep searching for another job and keep the faith.
Do the absolute bare minimum and look for another job.
Get over it. This will turn out to be the best thing that ever happened to you. I promise. The company is circling the drain - anyone still left there should start looking to get out while they still have a job. Stay strong.
