I kind of envy people who are constantly swamped with work, they at least know their job is secure. Lately, my job load has decreased drastically. I’ve been asking for tasks, but even then, it’s hard to find anything to do. It’s making me feel like my time here is running out. This job isn't perfect, but it’s better than most, so the thought of leaving isn’t exactly thrilling.

I'm swamped with fake work every day. Calling out to customers for a measly 3% close rate just for busy work. Just to make it seem like I'm 'engaged' in work. They just want to squeeze every little ounce of energy out of the employee. If you have no work, you have no position here at the company.

Are you a call center representative, cause they made their own bed. First there refuse to RTO, which gives the green light to outsource everything and now your complaining. My best advice, start looking for a new job. The union doesn’t have your back anymore.
Ask for a transfer to Line (unless you really don't want to work).
