Management’s favorite move is pointing fingers down the ladder. If something goes wrong, it’s never their fault, no matter how obvious it is. They’re absolute pros at shifting blame onto us. And if we call it out, we risk making ourselves a target. All we have left is to su-k it up and deal with it. That’s the frustrating reality we face every single day.
