I’m very suspicious of claims that it will be done thoughtfully or with consideration for employees or whichever phrase they come up with. We all know they don’t give a damn about any of us. We all are expendable. The upside is that I wouldn’t actually mind quitting. I’ve been fed up with my job with T, and this may as well be that one final push that will make me leave.

You have to be here longer than Jan 2 to collect the bonus. And they can still adjust your bonus down if you choose to leave before it hits the bank. You might want to reconsider your departure date.

Many of the locations in the 2 major hubs simply do not have enough parking, space, or desks for a 5 day RTO mandate starting in early January. Way to run a company:
