@1atk+1vzGUIN7 because historically and even in todays corporate climate, these groups were grossly unrepresented in executive management hierarchies in major firms. Most of the non-blacks/latinos were either "grandfathered" or mentored in (aka good ol boys network) and dont debate me on this because its true. The need of the DEI programs were created to try and even the playing field.

Why are only blacks and Hispanics eligible for the the Executive Development Program?

The Team Link article indicates that the experience is for employees that identify as Hispanic, Black, or African American. So if you are any other ethnicity, race, etc. you are not eligible for executive development……sounds like discrimination to me! Didn’t the Supreme court recently rule that these kinds of “selection filters” could not be used in college enrollment, so why is would it be OK for WF.
The article indicates that the people selected were “high performers”, hmmm, does that mead high performers for that ethnicity?, or is there anything that even resembles MERIT in the selection criteria.

Why are manager not accountable for falsifying information? Managers in IRM systematically whitewash reports and presentations because they believe (and by the way they are correct) that delivering bad news will limit their upward mobility.

We hire H1Bs because they are completely dependent on the Wells as a sponsor and must give undying loyalty. They cannot simply pick up and leave, which gives WF complete control.

Given “time in the market” is a foundational wealth principle and we work for a bank, why does WF leadership choose to match our 401k annually instead of more frequently, such as quarterly which was done historically prior to sharts tenure? Does the $ wf makes on holding our accrual match dollars outweigh the financial missed opportunities being pushed onto working citizens who have the deck stacked against them to retire?
