They’re corrupt.

What’s funny is that we had kind of flattened the org with the first few rounds of layoffs and span of control stuff. But it sure seems like we’ve added more layers. Seems whenever I go look up someone to see what org they’re in I’m scrolling up a lot to see when the f they are in the org.

It started with spans and layers. They got rid of people. But, it seems this move was to make room for the new regime coming in. That is how we got all the JP Citi folks with a smattering of USAA, BoA and others. Probably just so they can make the argument that they aren't all from JP or Citi.
The sh-t my ex citi boss has shared about how he/she knows everyone that is now here, how they used to do things "over there" just convinced me to just keep my mouth shut and let them drown in there ignorance.

Based on a root cause analysis, a complete solution would be to eliminate all resources that had JP Morgan or Chase in their background.

haha they aren't flattening. They just keep adding more. It's insane. New people keep getting hired in and then start bringing in their lieutenants to build their moats. Before you know it, there's 4 additional layers of bureaucracy. The culture here is getting to be so bad.

TK couldn’t even handle managing the smallest apps in the bank… clearly a purely DEI career, with zero substance. This a cautionary tale that hopefully compels leadership to rethink this awful DEI garbage and that window dressing can and will backfire.

@gbi+1vzpZDXi OP is the whackjob who floods the board with this cr-p every time there’s talk of a union. (And he does it for free lol)

But TK is one of American Bankers most Powerful Women, surely she would not have corrupt leaders when she was head of Technology? Surely she was game changing to be on the list of most powerful . Oh wait she was demoted and if not for SVB she would have been shown the door.
