Yep, just got the email. 5 days starting 1/6.
That’s the way I like it.
The only thing new is the ‘official’ announcements that are coming out now. Erin Scarborough sent it this morning for her org effective 1/6. Same with Susan Johnson and Jason Porter. Sounds like Legg’s was more nuanced with L3 in January with rest of org later in 2025.

For all of you in utter denial, it’s coming. Stankey gave the orders and expectations to his minions.
My VP hasn’t said anything either but HIS boss already told the directors it’s coming. They are being nice and trying to figure out searing first so there is some timing flexibility but that’s all.
There has been NO formal company wide communication, announcement or policy at this point.

Many organizations have heard of no pending changes, despite all of the chatter here and rumors everywhere.
Our VP went out of this way to assure everyone a couple weeks back that there was no imminent 5 day per weeks mandate- though admittedly still leaving the door open for one in the future. So I guess we will see.
