Signal Corp. as the new name of Aerospace business.
( That was the name of the Aerospace business, before Allied Chemical bought it in 1984 and changed their name to Allied-Signal ).
Honeywell Intl as the new name of the Automation business.
(That was the old name of this business before Allied-Sigmal bought it in 1999 and then took its name for the whole company).
Allied Chemical as the new name of the Advanced Materials business.
(That was the old name of the company before they bought the Signal corp in 1984).
Maybe these companies can also claw back the billion dollar bonuses granted to the executives who did these mergers and demergers to “enhance shareholder values”.
