Ford stock same old thing $9.00-$10.00 for years. What a joke sure glad I sold it 18 years ago made a lot of money with other stock.

Seriously are you serious right now?

LL 5 level realizes this company is sc--wed and just do what they can do to hold it together and keep themselves employed.

Not sure if the ll4 level is actually buying into the Kool-Aid being shoveled down from the upper levels or not.

Any level above that should be fired all the way up to Farley... and Billy needs to retire

Leadership of this company is the most pathetic and poor has been in the past 30 years

The BS always starts at the top and runs downhill to the people sitting in the valley and that's where we all are

Never. Jim will need to eliminate some Leaders 4 and 5 who say everything is good when it really is not and then blame the engineers who say something is wrong. Until that happens, there will always be quality issues. It's not the engineers making the wrong decision; it's the leadership hiding the fact there is an issue.

Honestly, I don't think Farley has don't anything wrong. All of the OEMs chased the EV trend. Now we are all slowing down to align with the lack of demand in the US.

The previous years were some of our most profitable. Jim is going to be our leader for years to come.

With the way the family controls things that will not happen unless one of the major hedge funds start selling major blocks of stock.

Fartley has the blessings of the Fords and the BOD for some asinine reason.

Each Ford CEO stayed on average 3-4 years. Fartley’s time is up! When is he going to leave?
