Get ready for the bombshell this week. Mid market. Platinum. There will be a call where they will reveal to the sellers that they are going to lose $10,000 in salary a year. They are going to be able to get away with this by stating they are going to add $15,000 a year in the Sellers at risk. However, they are going to make the compensation plan so difficult that AT&T will make out on this. In the 2025 comp plan if you have less than 30% attainment in any bucket, they will pay you zero dollars. If you have mobility, they are going to pay you on net adds. I believe that might be fan based. If this is not a message that they want to find ways of trimming the herd, I don’t know what is. I wish best of luck to everyone.

This is a strategy as old as the wireless business. I have seen it before at other companies.

I'll bet you $10,000 that the Stink's pay isn't going to decrease. Quit the opposite. While Stink lives large, we get gutted. Seems fair.
If you sell less than 30% you don’t deserve to be paid.
If this IS true, this company is becoming more of a joke as each day goes by.
