It looks like I’ve managed to survive the year without being laid off! I did go on medical leave for several months for a surgery. Does anyone know if I will receive a regular bonus or if it is pro-rated for the time I was away on leave?

Written HR Rules say that in cases where LOA occurs you pay based on the employees impact to the org. Most mgrs interpret this to mean pro rated. And yes, I’m a mgr.
Your bonus SHOULD be pro-rated. It's partially based on performance and you weren't there to perform so...
@OP+1w1qje7s, do you think you deserve? The full bonus or prorated?
Group in general, should people on leave for months get the full bonus?
They can’t penalize you for a surgery or being out for a disability. All these clowns on this board are just that clowns.
The guidance from HR is that your leave should be considered. There isn't a forced or calculated amount in the system. That said, I was challenged by my boss on an employee that missed 6 weeks. Their bonus was reduced from my recommendation.
Nonsense. I was on leave one year and got normal Bonus
Better be prorated. Our salary pool is prorated since for part of the year you were really paid by the insurance company WF uses. I always prorate my team when this happens.
Should be prorated but the id--ts running this place will likely miss it.
Likely prorated
Hopefully pro-rated
God forbid you look up the bonus eligibility rules on Teamworks.
