Mandatory 3 side by sides per expert scattered around major cities, if you don’t get your coachings done than you won’t get paid, if you don’t hit goals you won’t get paid regardless of the time and energy you put in. You have experts getting paid regardless where they end up on ranker.
They’re literally forcing people out by starving them financially.

About time you IHX people had to do the same work the rest of us do. We have to have an average of 5 to 6 observations a month per rep we do and nationally get 99% of them done over here in retail not sure why you people think you can slam customers all day, not fix any customer problems, not coach your people and then think you should get paid "regardless of the time and energy you put in." Welcome to the real world where you have to coach your reps and hit your goals
