The DEI train is failing at Wells, and this is most visible. What you don’t see is multiple people having to work on a project because one person didn’t do it right to begin with.

I've come to the conclusion this all has to be by design. They want us in chaos. Probably to drive burnout and attrition.
1/2 the sh*t in this company doesn't work or gets broken by some id!iot deciding to change things for some regarded reason. Incentive plan info comes out-- link doesn't work. Go find it on workday, none of the docs will load-- gotta go to edge.
I didn't even waste my time with any of the stupid holiday videos. Like IGAF what they have to say on this?
