It seems pretty obvious that the questions "from the audience" are spiked with the narrative they want to drive.

Speaking up = target on your back.

They don't care.

They aren't that stupid. I've seen them specifically re-word a question and omit the very point of it so as not to actually answer it. The best you can do is fire off one in person question and then you're blacklisted and never selected again. Is it worth it? It's a rigged game, unfortunately.

There was an older female employee at a Town Hall earlier this year (I don't recall which one)-- that professionally and eloquently brought up the ageist comments Stankey made, expressing her concern.

She had ba--s, she was great. I wonder if she is still an active employee?

Better off putting on clown mask going to parking lot, finding a rock, and talking to it.

AVPs VPs are powerless and don’t want to ruffle feathers - although they could change tides. Have to tow line to stay safe. Directors are on the t-t and living in wuwu land.

That would be a superfluous “fool’s errand”.

WTF. You serious? Speak up at T? Now that’s funny. Can’t be a post from someone even remotely familiar with T culture. Sure speak up so you can more easily be terminated.

Asking questions during town halls is useless. You ask the question, the leaders may or may not answer the question, and they certainly are not going to answer the question completely, and there is no opportunity for a rebuttal or clarifying question. If the leaders really gave a sh!+ they would released the culture survey or provided another annual employee engagement survey. They Do Not Care!
