Why are year end reviews being delayed until January for Pershing. Is this related to the p-m strategy and expected layoffs

I’ve never seen a placed run like this in my20 year working history! No order! Simply self service. A bunch of blood hungry women in power with zero morals or compassion for life balance.
Have any of the folks whose reviews were delayed to January, received their reviews now??
I’m with bny and still waiting for my review, I was told they got an extension to get them done in Jan
Still no year end review from asset servicing tech though a few team mates have had them. Expecting bad news at this stage
I'm in asset servicing tech and never got my review and nothing has been said about them being delayed, which doesn't surprise me.
managers are over worked and need more time, that why self reviews were required to be done in mid OCT-- SMH
Not pershing but I (and anyone i work with who was in today) haven't had end of year yet. Manager saying they can be done upto Jan as per policy. But all communication I've seen said 20th Dec. I'm anxious.
Legacy Pershing is being decimated by BNY and PershingX. A shame what they’ve done to the firm and the people they’ve gotten rid of.
They need more employees rated under performing. Sets up lawsuits nicely for force rankings.
Hearing that they are going through with a big layoff in the new year and why waste time with year end reviews when a good portion of the employees will get laid off.

Yes moved to Jan, it’s completed for some but folks in tech have been told to delay it until Jan 9..official comms still says Dec 20, such a dysfunctional place..
Who said it is moved to January? I have not seen any memo stating that yet.
