Was told that the target bonus for my role will be 10k when hired. What can I realistically expect to get? 0-10K?

If this is your first year and your performance is meet, you can expect around 10K. Exceeds will be slightly more. Not meet, don't expect anything.
There is no target anymore. TVC makes the entire process arbitrary. Each group gets a set amount. Managers Decide who it goes to. Only way to guarantee a good bonus is to be besties with your direct manager
In my experience, it's always 80-90% of the non existent target. Expect 8-9k but there are lots of variables.
I'd tell you what my expected bonus is but then I'd get a bunch of hate posts.
Oh I’d say 10-20k is the norm for our group
they did away with targets but when hired the recruiter will usually tell you verbally what to expect.
They did away with targets going forward.
It varies depending on the performance of the company, your department, and you. If you met expectations and were with the company for the year, the range is probably $5k - $12k.

Wells Fargo never pays the target bonus amount unless you are rated above meets. If you meet expectations, you might get 80% of the target.
