ATT now wants to pay for reconstruction to add more desks and tables to accommodate all the people RTO. Whoever is making these financial decisions ATT needs to be fired. What management should have done is whoever does not come to work 3 days, fire them. Why penalize the entire workforce for people who refuse to comply to 3 days a week. ATT needs new management because whoever is running this company is running it in the ground.

"This was one factor driving the charge to 5 days."
BS -- the only driving factor to any of the RTO is margin. Stankey cannot grow revenue so he has to make his margin numbers by decreasing head count cost.
They listened to your complaints about not enough desks. Amazing!
nobody will come to the office for an emergency now anyway. Nobody gives a sh*t about the company the way they've been treated so your question is pretty much moot
Too many employees were boasting on these boards about working 3 days in the office at a remote assigned location and then traveling home to their permanent residence. This was never the intent of RTO. What would happen if there was an after hours emergency during an employee’s 4-day weekend and physical presence was needed? This was one factor driving the charge to 5 days.
