This is right in line with DEI. The entire idea is getting rid of white people. No contradictions with the initiative as it exists.
What happened to our diversity initiatives? Hmm- this doesn’t seem to fit in with the move to hiring a range of people. Maybe DEI was just a fake program to pretend to be progressive? Looks like a lot of same race same caste people to me.
