Mismanaged RTO

Don’t ever fall for a fairy tale about WFH people abusing the “privilege” being the reason for the introduction of RTO. Sure, some were not working as hard. Some people in the offices don’t work hard either. The only real reason is attrition. However, due to famously competent and efficient mgmt the RTO is becoming costly, it causes the decrease in productivity, and it’s most definitely making the talent leave. T management for the win.

When told to RTO 5x8, remember they are not obligated to give you a justification. You only need to comply or resign.

Clearly the adults are already gone. Only the children remain.

How many new posts we need about rto? Everything has been already said. Stankey has to come up with some other stupid policy so we can talk about it.

“"The talent". Cmon now. This is AT&T. The only talent I've ever seen is people cooking the books and manipulating metrics.”

That’s literally all MBA’s do - you obviously don’t work in a technical organization.
But yes, for most other management based orgs with tons use MBA’s this is 100% true.

T is getting rid of rto get used to it or find another job that does offer remote work. No sense in crying about something out of our hands that we cant change.
