Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

I milked it for all that it was worth

Had a good boss, good team, great results year in and year out, but the higher ups viewed us as too comfortable and shook things up. Brought in younger leadership type folks with their ideas and broke us all up. I was gone within a month after that and they wondered why. Rolled my pension I to an IRA, swapped cell service, got my own health care and am off in the sunset. The newer leadership types had us checking in and monitoring our activity regardless of results. Adios.....

Same here. Dept running like a Swiss watch, new DR needs to "shake things up". Kaos ensues, he leaves..

You can't make this stuff up. Do pilots abandon the flight deck because they have too much experience? Is practical experience worth nothing?

We're sc--wed...

You didn’t milk the right person, good luck! Many of us are right behind you.

I don't mean to sound harsh, but it does sound like you were on one of those teams that didn't really "do" anything.

Good luck to you though.
