Unions gave us the 40 hour work week , weekends , vacation days, sick days and overtime pay. Learn your history. You anti union boot lickers are free to give up all those benefits and lick boots 24/7 365 days a week. You think your employer cares about you ?! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

BTW, it’s the union representatives job to defend the member according to the contract but if the member is in the wrong then discipline will follow. It’s easily remedied by their manger following the steps of discipline and documentation. If an employee doesn’t correct their behavior then they are eventually fired, seen it happen alot of times over 30 years. Not hard to correct but most managers don’t want to take the time or say they don’t have the time nowadays.

Thanks for stereotyping that lazy workers are only in union jobs because human behavior only happens when you sign a union card. Some people are so biased, id--ts. Ive also seen many manager’s walked out the door for all kinds of bad behaviors so don’t be so pompous.

Cwa lost its integrity when it started defending lazy workers.

Isn’t it terrible that people would want a fair compensation package for a good days work. For all you haters, how about you give up all the benefits the unions have fought for and brought into the workplace, the elite sure are taking them back. Buying stock back is just enriching their pockets it’s not reducing debt or investing in the companies growth or innovation, strictly a give away to stockholders and execs who receive stock options as part of their compensation package. Imagine that, while you are being RTO and surplussed!

they have yet to invest anywhere in rural areas from the last corporate tax break. imo, if a company exports one single job overseas, ie, india then they should be excluded from any tax break.

If CWA had its way, we'd still have switchboard operators. Time to pretend its the 21st century now.
