There are many things that Ford is doing, which causing the company to suffer.
Engineers are doing thing the way the have done in the past. This is totally wrong.
There is no innovation at Ford. Employees are there because they can't get a job anywhere else. Employees are hiding behind the walls and cubicles to surf the internet all day long. No accountability from upper management to hourly. So sad.

As a truck driver that delivers mostly auto parts I can tell you Ford is the most disorganized out of all the others. When I get to the plant half the time no one even knows where I'm supposed to deliver the parts to everyone is confused and lazy no one wants to work. Just a bunch of lazy spoiled union workers that all need to be fired. No joke.
This is so true about Ford. No innovation.
I have been driving the competitors vehicles for the past 6 months. Comparing the vehicles that are under $40k. Clearly, Ford and GM vehicles su-ks. They are 5 years behind in features, technology, style. Quality is in the sh----r.

Morale = innovation, Ford management operates like a communist country. There is no incentive to do better because new ideas are not rewarded and stolen by incompetent management in order to advance themselves. DEI has compounded the problem. People with business degrees are considered more valuable than engineering degrees. Cost cutting is considered more valuable than quality engineering, hence high recalls. Unless morale improves at Ford the company is doomed.
