Negative changes to pension payout (no more lump sum offering)
Your job is sent to India or AI (but you get to train them)
(for Sales) You’re performance managed out because of unattainable quotas
(L3/L4) You don’t have a large enough span of control and there are too many of you anyway.

You’re under 30 and see the writing on the wall from a long-term career perspective

K. With all of the attrition and layoffs, more and more of the work will fall on me and tip me even further past the breaking point.

I’m leaving after my 401k and investments sky rockets like the last time Trump was in office, not much longer to go now. Just have to avoid the Stank layoff agenda.

Or - too much work travel required, high quotas, fooling with the comp constantly to T advantage, constant shuffling of the deck in management changes and support, insane, ineffective, ever-changing processes done by untrained offshore non-employees which make us look really bad to customers, lousy raises and constant cutting of many good folks around me.
