I have been gone 2 months. I will say it’s hard to leave but once you do you will see just how dysfunctional that place is. No one should have to be treated like that on a daily basis. It is how they treat you, it’s a mentally abusive and inhumane place. It wasn’t before but now it’s just a he-l pit. People on this board will say stop whining etc but don’t listen to them, leave it’s not worth it. I mean that sincerely and if this message is able to get you to leave you should heed the warning and do it

Hey sycophants, money is just a means for one to live their real life outside the company. Go peddle your money is god somewhere else, successful companies treat their employees as valued assets in both talk and action. Unfortunately since SBC M&A of the baby bells, it’s all talk and no action except for the few elite. Kinda feels like what the country just went through the last four years and the eight prior to Trump. Tone deaf and live in a bubble while the worker bees are suffering all while they telling them everything is wonderful and if they don’t like it quit. All humans like to be valued and feel like they are a part of the mission not an expense and treated like cattle.
