Been on disability for like 6 months now. When I get back I’m using all of my new PTO hours for the year. After that, going on paternity leave. Going to put in the least amount of effort possible for this sh-t company.

PTO is accrued, if you use more than you banked, it's witheld from any severance, get fired without severence, you have to pay it back
