Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

To the executives responsible for layoffs

Good morning and happy holidays to you and your families. I’m sure you will wake up this morning, love on your kids and shower them with gifts. Like us - you probably want to give them the world while also teaching them to be kind, respectful and honest. You’ll probably go to your church, give thanks and pray for those less fortunate than you. You will feast with your family and be thankful for the good life you’ve been blessed with and feel proud you can provide so well for them……and then tomorrow you’ll be back at work chopping heads and taking away people’s ability to provide for their own families. But it’s okay because it’s “just business” and you must make more money for the big bank.

Wells Fargo has many psychopath executives and managers who are criminals. They all need to go to prison.

According to psychologists, many corporate executives are psychopaths with no morals. As they remain tone deaf, anything we say might be futile.

"Find your manager and thank them for all they do."

Hmm let's see here.
Thank them for reorging me onto a team that I would never apply for on my own?
Thank them for constantly bypassing WF folks in hiring their JP buddies into new roles?
Thank them for keeping me out of the loop on meetings and having them apologize when called out? Then do it again?
Thank them for driving inititatives and not having the brains to ask if it actually is a good thing?
Thank them for being what they really are, a facilitator, instead of a manager?
Thank them for constantly legitimizing every brain fa-t and comparing us to how other banks "do it"?
Why on earth would I do that?

Yes, so, what's your point? Stuff happens, deal with it.

The execs do not go to church to pray for those less fortunate, they pray for more money. And as far as they are concerned, the ability to cut labor costs to increase their own compensation is God's answer to their prayers!
