Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Your future with AT&T part 2

Just got off the phone with an executive level with T. You will all be informed on the catastrophic changes headed your way.

I knew things were bad within At&t, this is exponentially worse. These changes are going to not only change AT&T, this will change the entire industry. All I can say is GET OUT.

Probably going to announce that they are reducing severance since they can’t get enough employees to just quit with their RTO and relocating layoff plan. Anything to fill the execs pockets is on the table, they have already taken away about all benefits or made it nearly unaffordable.

PIPs, terminations and people quiting is what’s coming next. Won’t be many severance packages as they terminate their way to the target number of employees. That’s what coming next.

Hopefully it’s mass layoffs and the company actually follows it own policy of providing severance. That’s all anyone wants. For them to honor their own policy.

I’m in NJ so that’s one less thing I have to worry about.

I’m getting my 90 days notice AND a guaranteed severance for more than the 6 mo they give. Because I have the time.

Ironic that the government had to use its authority to tell my employer how to treat me fairly. My how the times have changed,
