My dept efficiency is amazing! We are doing 3x the work with 50% less people than before COVID. We appreciate each other and can’t wait until we have 6 days back on the office so so can eat meals together. How can life get any better ?

Problem is they are NOT improving efficiency. Things are going undone. Things are done to a lower level of detail and 'care'.

What an apt analogy!

Norwest/wells fargo numbers have been very over staffed compared to other banks, it still needs to trim down to the efficiency of other banks. They may to need to do it more 'strategically'.

just so you don't get yer pa-ties in a bunch, I have been one of the 'tossed'.

Realistically, it will be Tuesday, 12/31/24. Out with the old, in with the New. Literally.
