Why does Stankey hate Chicagoland? I realize there was alot of corruption within Ameritech, but that was the same with all baby bells
Can Chicago do anything to redeem themselves? Stankley has painted all cities within Ameritech as garbage, Chicago. Indianapolis, Milwaukee. Madison, Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati. It's just wrong!

Chicago has become the new sanctuary for paid illegals while the citizens and their kids aren’t being served and their taxes are paying for the illegals. The mayor is a joke and backing illegals, needs all federal funding cutoff until the citizens and businesses are treated with respect and assisted because that is what their taxes are for. Can’t blame AT&T for pulling out of the mess in Chicago because it wouldn’t happen if people didn’t vote for these progressives.

Chicago has been corrupt since before prohibition.
Don’t believe it was corrupted by SBC. Knew a AVP who went there right after the merger/takeover. Said he was shocked at the amount of greasing palms that was a normal part of business. Not just Ameritech paying it either. You either paid or suffered the consequences. Couldn’t get permits and if you did you would get shutdown for any minor infraction. Don’t have enough cones out or placed properly you were done until you paid your tribute to everyone.

Ameritech was corrupted by SBC. Prior to SBC purchase it was a good company. SBC ruined the culture and made a dumpster fire of its assets. Yup. If you hand anything over to SBC consider it trash.
