We are a sweat shop. Turnover is insane. Everyone who knows anything is being pushed out the door, because knowledge is costly. We work like drones, while half of the time is being spent on procedures, forms and meetings about nothing. Managers are like bees, buzzing around our heads all the time, but also completely useless when you actually need them. Future here? Non-existent.
