STOP. RTO isn't about 'work'. It's about making conditions in the office so bad, so inefficient and then shoving people into the overcrowded mess in order for them to quit so company doesn't have to pay severance. That's all this is about. RTO isn't about 'work'. If it was the company would be prepared for everyone in full-time.
