Ah, the web site admits are censoring the site again. Scraping mentions of the fight that occurred in Alpharetta from the board.

I've just read no fewer than a half-dozen comments about them. Refresh your feed, Waldo.

If you don't want to work, the offshore guys will work.

I think they'd look forward to firing everyone, then offshoring.

They could just put a desk top at each location and turn off the laptops. If you cant get at a work station to clock in you just don't get paid. Nobody gets laid off this way !

“ Interestingly, there was never any proof of said altercations, and I'm in one of those facilities“

Not sure why my L3 Boss and others in Alpharetta would have all made that up, the day that it happened.

Aware of the fights that resulted in GA a couple months back.

Interestingly, there was never any proof of said altercations, and I'm in one of those facilities. No video? No police report? No news coverage? Craft can get video proof and have it go viral off a roadside shove, but nobody can get video in filled-above-capacity office?

The only acceptable form of protest is resignation. If you're as indispensable as you think you are, they will make an offer to keep you.

“I’m thinking about taking those first couple days off though, going to be a train wreck.”

And with that you’d be playing right into their hands. Get right in there, in the middle of the fracas. Document what you see, and what you have to go through to try and get parking and a seat, and share it externally. Email the BI reporter covering this: (dreuter@businesssinsider.com). Don’t do that from your T email account though. I think there is more coming from him. He is already aware that leadership has acknowledged that there aren’t enough seats for all of the people being forced back in. Aware of the fights that resulted in GA a couple months back.

This is the way. Don’t give them exactly what they want. Don’t go quietly.

Tell me you don’t perform as a manager without telling me you aren’t a manager.

Hopefully (or not) people can find a seat by Friday of that week if not, tell your supervisor and enjoy the ride back home.

People will STILL be walking around on Wednesday looking for a seat.

T can split the difference.

They could fire only a few as an example. Wouldn't have to fire everyone.

“Your laptop sitting on the table plugged in and locked out the majority of the day should never have been counted as working time.”

He’s doing the cool thing that T wants him to do. He’s grabbing a co-worker to go white board and collaborate on the fly. An impromptu session of discussion and innovation away from his desk. bwahahaha… GTFO T, you fairy tale silicon valley wanna be toe jam.

Why not just put in your two weeks notice if no longer wanting to work?

Every time I see this I think of the person who posts it shows up for work hoping that having other people fired will secure their position a bit longer.

I like going to work and seeing my colleagues, having lunch with them, and shutting down the computer at 5 PM instead of 10 PM. Sure, I may be on the road a little longer, but at least I don't have to work the extra 5 hours in the evenings. Now I can tell my boss, "it can wait till tomorrow cause I'll be in the office and we can discuss it then".
