Announcement was supposed to come “before the holidays”, and we are now 2 days from New Years with nothing. Time to start taking bets on which Holiday the announcement will be before:

When we were first close with these announcements, it was supposed to be between Halloween and Thanksgiving...we are past over a month delayed of the review...the way it was presented to us, was that they were structuring the path forward from the result of the review...how hard is it to announce? How perfect do they have to structure the path forward with so much dynamics that always change...this 'delay' is definitely on the buyers terms...the new leadership already changing Crown's previous knee je-k announcement methods...
Welp It's hit both the 52 week low and is below 90.00 so when does the final word come out?
I am on the Fiber Side, god I hope they didn't work the name Crown Castle into the deal.
Crown Leadership took monster cash cows in Lightower and FPL and ran them into the ground.
I hope the TPG lifeboat can save us.
TPG holds the cards here. The longer they wait more crown needs to sell. Look for more articles in the next few weeks to keep the stock above $90. The debt to equity level is getting dangerous below $80.
Current stock prices generally have no impact on a sale already in negotiation. The share price within the sale has likely already been agreed to in the $100-$110 range if I were to guess
I guess Clown board members are waiting for stock to hit 52 week low before they sell.
