The Offshore developers leave early everyday and many of them don't show up in the US meetings. What can we do about it?

Lazy af offshore developers, riddled with defects in code and no shows to meetings in U.S. mornings
Adjust your hours if you are concerned about getting real work done, or just hush up and stop complaining.
I know quite a few of our Indian "partners" take video conference calls from home after dinner. So, seems to be on a case by case basis
This is what leaders signed up for. The was a whole effort to get more offshore folks to apply and take positions by modifying off shore hours to be more attractive. This was an effort because not were applying/accepting off shore positions. Leaders knew the risks and proceeded to accommodate the divide/gap in overlapping hours.
Crummy reality creating more divide and less partnership....
I use to say log and report. Been saying that for 1 1/2 years now. At a point you begin to realize you are pi....sing into the wind. Or maybe with the wind. Regardless if there is no management listening to you you are wasting your time. The execs are so good at being so bad here.
Work you 8 hours and nothing more. Don’t fix their mistakes. Other than that there is nothing you can do. The higher ups want this. Give it to them good and hard.
Why would they show up for US meetings? They know US ops are winding down and will be gone soon enough. As a result, they don't care. Neither do the execs in HY.
What can you do about it?? Nothing. The people making that decision obviously don’t care.
