That's how dumb Weatherford hierarchy is. There's about 20 different project managers who seem to only manage themselves and IT directors with no one reporting to them. If you don't believe me, please try looking in Outlook and ask why someone has a title called "Project Manager III".....like Project managers I and II are not enough.

I am a maintenance planner in HR, they only have a few titles to use,
So when you go and apply for another job that is all I am,but my real job duties intell a whole lot more,

As far as the "Project Manager I, II, and III"...it is like that for most positions. It's not a hierarchy of project managers it's how Weatherford promotes or gives raises. If you were a tech starting out you are a tech I, once you reach the max pay level of tech I you become tech II and are a higher level knowledge wise tech than others. Same thing for engineers, etc. it's not that project manager III means they manage project manager II and I, it means they have more experience as a project manager than the others...
