How much longer until this starts to happen? Are they going to close small campuses? What departments are affected? They already got rid of all assistant and associate registrars!

Yes, you will see massive layoffs and closures up through July when this place goes under.
And a big company like this, the executives have to get a heads up. They have to know that they are going to either lose their jobs, or have to lay off hundreds. To the point, when the executives start leaving, it's time to worry. I would anticipate over the next 4 to 6 months this will happen.
