I have many issues here at BAC, but here is a few that are on top of my list here: There is simply way too layoffs, this scares many employees as you never know how long you'll stay with the company and keep the job. In general, our technology funding process is simply bad, and if it were given the attention it needs, then the annual layoffs that are happening on the tech side may be avoided or decreased - it's very simple, just start planning and analyzing.
Our mgmt changes approach fairly often and this is confusing for employees who have to adapt to new guidelines every month or so - this is nuts, stop doing this and plan ahead. It's simple. Peace out.
