About 20 people were let go from mfg. Some retirement age volunteered and got a good package. But, they cut into the experience since they let go of some who have been there awhile and making "top dollar" (for HTC) to make big cuts in labor costs. So, obviously this is more for the merger than the downturn in oil prices. They kept the people for the lowest cost to keep things going until the merge happens. The morale isn't the best now, and now have less people to do the same amount of work. You know the mgr's are going to get BIG bonus' for saving BHI so much money. All on the backs of the lower echelon. You're welcome.
