yes you can outperform the target.....depending on the bonus pool funding the bonus will have a kick.... bonus pool funds from 100-200%......most companies that use this method end with a funding of 1.4-1.6.....so take that times your target to get a rough guess.....you performance evaluation also effects the percent of your target your get...so you can get anywhere from 80-120% of your target.

Example: 10 % target x 90 % performance = 9% bonus x 140% funding= 12.6% bonus

69093 =. Another delusional AEP crack head. At CHK your bonus depends on your level and performance and your target was in your offer letter if you truly did accept an engineer job at CHK. ( BTW - it will be the AEP folks begging for their CHK job back when the banks quit loaning AKM money.)
