Weatherford is an international company which means English is the official language. If people can't speak English, maybe they have no business working in an office setting. Tired of idiots making excuses for the incompetent.
DOnt you know that international employees work out of our US offices? I have conversations with people here at the office that I can bearly understand because of the Language barriers ...so with that being said..GO F**K yourself and I hope that you are one of the DBs that gets booted...
To those that don't understand this report I am wondering do you need to wear a helmet all the time to protect you from hurting yourselves? This report just goes to show what dumbasses work for Weatherford and deserve to be unemployed.

This forum is a collection of morons. WFT should take this report and lay off anyone who cannot comprehend it. If eligible says zero you are supposedly safe. If eligible has 1, that person has been laid off or will be laid off.
In my opinion HR updates the list/eligible column after the person is let go; therefore you should not feel 100% safe even though your position says ineligible.

job title....by location, and age of employee. example - fort worth is in mid-con, and the first column (eligible) means that person has been layed off. The 2nd column tells how many people have that job and are the same age. So for example there could be 3 people with the same title that are the same age, and 1 of those could have been layed off. The question is ...is that sheet updated AFTER or BEFORE a layoff. Our HR says it's only updated after, so everyone in the first column has already been layed off. Next question....who believes HR?
