to Anonymous70056 - If you have not received your PIP yet then they do not intend to pay it. That was what made my "Lawyering Up" worth the $1,600. Between my PIP and my Profit Sharing that they paid I netted $14,600. I only signed the waiver after the Lawyer got written guarantees on everything.

I wrote this post. Probably the only reason that I got my PIP bonus and my "Profit Sharing" bonus (placed into my 401k) was that I "lawyer-ed up". It cost me about $1600 but I did get paid everything.
